SALESPERSON SPONSORSHIP (ONLINE)
Please login to TREC Texas Online Services here and go to “Change My License
Information” area. Then click the blue down arrow button and select “Manage
My Sponsorship (Sales)” and complete the task of inviting us to become your
sponsoring broker. Once Completed, TREC will send us an invitation to become
your sponsoring broker which we will accept.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL
Once you have signed the paperwork above and are accepted into our brokerage,
we will send you a welcome email with all the necessary information with access
to our PRA Forms Tab – which includes logo, letterhead, fax cover sheet, invoice,
disbursement authorization form, business card templates, yard sign templates,
sample forms – filled in, zip forms, etc.
We will also send you the HAR Broker Code & Tax Id #.

JOIN YOUR REALTOR ASSOCIATION
For example, Houston agents must join the Houston Association for Realtors within 25 days of sponsorship. You can join
HAR online here , enter your TREC License Number and follow the instructions.
